📰 News we're reading

• Eat and drink pink to support breast cancer awareness at these suburban restaurants (dailyherald.com) — Schaumburg diners can support breast cancer causes all October by rounding up checks at City Works Eatery and Pour House and ordering Pink Ribbon cocktails at Morton's The Steakhouse. Many nearby suburbs are offering similar pink-themed food and drink specials, with proceeds benefiting groups like the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation and National Breast Cancer Foundation. It's an easy way to turn a night out into local impact.
