Joliet Man Angry That Ex-Gal Pal Was Invited To Party Beats Up 2 Women And 1 Child: Cops
The Joliet man is related to the two women and the child, police said.

A Joliet man enraged that his ex-girlfriend had been invited to a family party beat up two women and a child, police said.
Prince Lewis, 29, was booked into the Will County jail on charges aggravated battery and domestic battery in connection with his alleged Saturday night attack on his relatives.
Lewis was attending a family party on Dover Street when his former lover showed up, police said.

Furious, Lewis “began to yell and swing his fists,” police said. A 34-year-old woman reportedly tried to calm Lewis down and he allegedly responded by punching her repeatedly in the head.
A 12-year-old boy, upset by the sight of his aunt getting beaten, then attempted to intercede, police said. Lewis allegedly punched him in the head as well, opening a cut on the youth’s lip.

At that point a 32-year-old woman stepped in, police said, and for her trouble got punched in the eye by Lewis.
