Shorewood Dental Practice Hitting the Links to Raise Monday for Medical Clinic

Shorewood Family Dental Care is holding it's second annual charity golf outing.

Shorewood Family Dental Care is holding its second annual charity golf outing to raise money for the Will-Grundy Medical Clinic in Joliet on Sunday.

Registration for the golf outing begins at 8:15 a.m. at Inwood golf course with tee off at 9 a.m.

The event will feature a silent auction, a raffle, and a steak lunch at the conclusion of your round. There will also be gift bags and refreshments available on the course.

The event will be use  a best ball format per foursome. The cost is $100 per golfer, with all proceeds gong to the Will-Grundy Medical Clinic.

"The Will-Grundy Medical Clinic is an amazing orginazation close to our hearts at Shorewood Family Dental," said Dr. Henry Vicioso. "It helps those less forturnate in our community receive the proper health and dental care we all deserve."

The Will Grundy Medical Clinic provides free medical and dental services to individuals who do not have health insurance or the ability to pay for quality health care. The clinic relies entirely on volunteers and donations.

"I truly enjoy the opportunity to volunteer and be able to organize this outing for the WGMC," said hygienist Emily Marlow. "It was an amazing experience and we at Shorewood Family Dental were extremely greatful for all who donated, suported and came out swinging last year! and hope to make this year an even bigger success."
