The Timbers of Shorewood Opens Its Doors For Annual Senior Expo

The annual Timbers’ Senior Expo is slated for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, in the Ballroom at The Timbers of Shorewood, 1100 N. River Rd., Shorewood. The public is invited, and admission is free.

Vendors will provide health screenings such as hearing, vision, blood pressure, and glucose. Also in-home care and hospice will have information available. Financial information available includes reverse mortgages and estate planning.

The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community which provides independent and assisted living apartments as well as a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay - a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
