Movie Theaters Will Return to Old Orchard Mall
Recliners, cocktails and a gourmet market will bring luxury to moviegoers at Old Orchard next fall.
Skokie, IL - Come next fall, you’ll be able to catch a flick at Old Orchard Mall.
Construction on two theaters at Westfield Old Orchard will begin this summer, according to the Skokie Review, with a targeted opening set for the fall of 2017.
The theaters will be under the operation of CMX, a Cinemex subsidary. Regional favorite Lettuce Entertain You will run the food operation.

Plans for one of the theaters include six screens and an “ultra luxurious concept.” The other will have a “Gourmet Market” concession stand, a bar and luxury recliners.
Both will serve alcohol.
