Skokie Woman Charged With Prostitution
Joint agency investigation also results in arrest of 3 for patronizing a disorderly house.

A Skokie woman was charged with prostitution and three others cited for being patrons of a disorderly house as a result of a joint law enforcement investigation that concluded Tuesday.
Police confirmed criminal prostitution charges for Shaungya Liu, 35, 9100 Kenton Avenue.
Accused of being Patrons of a Disorderly House are Qian Fu, 40, 9100 Kenton Avenue, Bernardo M. Torres, 42, Chicago and Yanhong Xia, 42, Perris, California.

Participating in the operation were the Skokie Police Department’s special operations unit, Cook County Sheriff’s Police Vice Unit and Department of Homeland Security Human Trafficking Unit.

Liu was released on a recognizance bond pending a May 29 court date. The other three subjects were issued local ordinance citations and released. They are due in court on June 12.
