3-Year Old Girl Shot At 47th And Damen
A toddler was among two shooting victims Wednesday afternoon in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
CHICAGO, IL - A 3-year-old girl was among two people shot Wednesday afternoon in the city's Back of the Yards neighborhood. Chicago police have said preliminary information indicates the girl was taken to the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital after she suffered gunshot wounds to both legs at 2:48 p.m. in the 4700 block of South Damen.
An adult man was shot in the same incident, according to police. He suffered a wound to the foot and was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
