Chicago Police Officer Gets DUI
Sergeant Michael Muszynsky was on-duty when a report states he tested above the legal driving limit for alcohol in a random drug test.

CHICAGO - A Chicago police officer was charged with driving under the influence Wednesday morning. Michael Muszynsky was charged with the offense after having a higher than legal breath alcohol concentration when taking a random drug test after an overnight shift around 4:45 a.m. at the Chicago Police Department headquarters at 35th and Michigan, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Muszynsky, 48, and a sergeant with the CPD, faces a misdemeanor DUI count. According to the Tribune, his B.A.C. was .139 at the time of the test.
