Knife-Wielding Man Sexually Assaults Woman Near 79th St. Red Line
Police have described the attacker who sexually assaulted a woman at knifepoint early Sunday morning.

CHICAGO - A woman walking to a South Side Red Line station overnight early Sunday morning was sexually assaulted at knife-point while under the viaduct on 78th Street between Wallace and Fielding avenues, police in the city's 6th District said.
The attacker was masked when approaching the 57-year-old victim around 3:30 a.m. with a 6-8 inch knife that had a brass knuckle type grip. He stole her bank cards, ID card and money and threatened to kill her during the attack, police also said.
Police describe the attacker as a black man between 6'0" and 6'3" tall, between 200 and 220 pounds and who was wearing a red ski mask, a blue denim jacket with white sherpa fur lined collar and black pants during the attack.

He was last seen fleeing eastbound on 78th Street from Fielding.
