Man Observed Masturbating Near School In Pullman: CPD
Chicago police said the man was seen twice this week pleasuring himself in a stolen car and has been known to frequent the Pullman area.

CHICAGO — A man known to frequent the area in the Pullman neighborhood was observed masturbating in public twice this week, Chicago police said. He is believed to be using the same vehicle.
The first sighting was at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 11300 block of South Forrestville Avenue, near Pullman Elementary School with children in the vicinity. When approached, the man fled southbound at a high rate of speed. Police said the man was driving a beige, 4-door BMW sedan.
He was again observed in the 11200 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police said he was pleasuring himself in the same vehicle. The vehicle was fled from the scene eventually heading east on 115th Street.

The man is described as a white or white Hispanic. He was observed riving a beige 4-door BMW sedan with tinted windows bearing an IL plate, AN93945. The vehicle had been reported stolen. Police said the purported fondler is known to frequents the area of 112th and 113th Streets, near Pullman Elementary.
