Man Shot In Neck By Woman He Groped: Police

Police say the man groped a woman, who shot him and ran away. He then attacked another woman in the home, biting a part of her ear off.

CHICAGO, IL — A man was shot in the neck early Wednesday in a home in Chicago's South Side by a woman he had groped, according to police. He then attacked another woman in the home, biting a part of her ear off, police say.

The 56-year-old man was in the Bronzeville neighborhood in a home with two women when he groped one of them. She asked him to stop and he became "agitated and aggressive," police said. He pushed her to the ground.

The woman got a handgun from her bag. The man pushed her again, at which point she pulled the trigger and he was hit in the neck. She then left, driving off in her car.
