CHICAGO, IL - Surveillance images from inside the Jewel-Osco grocery store at 53rd and Pulaski on Chicago's South Side clearly show a man sought by the FBI for robbing the TCF Bank branch inside the store on Saturday. Authorities describe him as a white man, 6'2" to 6'4" with a thin build, brown hair, a light complexion and in his 40s.
The man, who was wearing a red button-down shirt and horn-rimmed glasses at the time of the robbery walked up to the bank at 10:18 a.m., according to an FBI report that described the incident as a "non-takeover bank robbery."
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of the man, who hasn't publicly been linked to any other recent heists in the area.
