Teens Charged In Purse Snatching At 111th And Aberdeen
An 18-year-old man and 17-year-old boy were charged in connection with an incident reported Wednesday morning.

CHICAGO - Two teenagers, an 18-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy, have been charged in connection with a purse snatching incident near 111th and Aberdeen Wednesday night.
Police in the city's 22nd District say both suspects are students at Excel Academy. They were arrested shortly after 9:20 a.m. after a woman was struck in the face and had her purse and cell phone taken.
The 18-year-old was charged with theft and battery while the 17-year-old faces a robbery charge.
