15th Ward Ald. Raymond Lopez said Daniela was a student at Gunsaulus Scholastic Academy and a parishioner at Holy Cross Church in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

"Daniela’s family is struggling not only with the loss of Daniela but the medical bills for the surviving siblings also associated the accident," Lopez said. "If you can find it in your heart to assist them, please join me doing so."
