Three men used zip ties to restrain a UPS driver while they fled with stolen packages in an SUV.

CHICAGO, IL - A group of thieves tied up a UPS delivery driver and stole packages from the truck he was driving in what police describe as an armed robbery in broad daylight Thursday in the city's Englewood neighborhood. The reported robbery occurred around 4 p.m. in the 7300 block of South Laflin Street.

Police say two or three black men wearing ski masks robbed the driver at gunpoint, ordering him to the group and using zip ties to tie him up. They then stole packages from the truck, putting them into a dark colored van or SUV before fleeing in the car that was driven by a black woman.

No one has been arrested as of Friday morning.
