Armed Robber is 'Bowlegged With An Unusual Gait,' Police Say

The St. Charles Police Department has released new security photos and physical identification information regarding an armed robber who held up a liquor store last month. Among the identifying qualities of the suspect, police said the masked man was "bowlegged with an unusual gait." He is accused of entering One Stop Liquors, 1401 Prairie Street in St. Charles, at 10:02 p.m. on Feb. 26, displaying a gun and demanding cash, according to authorities.

He then fled westbound into a parking lot with an "undetermined amount of cash,"

Police said the man was about 5-feet, 9-inches tall with a thin build and was wearing a dark jacket, black mask and grey pants at the time of the armed robbery. He was also bowlegged with an unusual gait, authorities said Friday. The robber's vehicle was a dark colored four-door passenger car.

Also on Friday, the St. Charles Police Department released the below photos from the liquor store's security cameras.
