Developer Eyes Restaurant, Apartments At Former St. Charles Bank
Developers said they hope to reveal which restaurant is taking over the downtown space once their plans are approved by city officials.

ST. CHARLES, IL — A new restaurant and upscale apartments could be coming to downtown St. Charles if city officials approve a local developer’s plans for the former BMO Harris Bank building.
Curt and Conrad Hurst, who own Frontier Development, are working to purchase the building at 1 E. Main St., according to a report by the Kane County Chronicle.
The Hursts also bought the Arcada building last year, setting the stage for a major overhaul of the nearly century-old theater. Frontier owns the building occupied by Flagship on the Fox and Pollyanna Brewing Company, the report states.
