Early Morning Fire Burns Fox Mill Home
No one was injured, according to unofficial reports.
A house in the 3N000 block of Herman Melville Lane in Campton Hills caught fire around 6 a.m. Saturday.
No one was reported injured, according to eye witnesses. A message left with Fox River and Countryside Fire/Rescue District was not immediately returned.
The owners reportedly were out of town at the time the fire started. The house is located in the Fox Mill subdivision, which is west of the St. Charles city border.
