Craigslist Creep Sends Genitals Pic to Tinley Park Woman: Cops

A Craigslist creep sent an unwanted picture of his genitals to a young woman from Tinley Park, police said.

The 23-year-old woman alerted the law to the dirty picture and told them about her ensuing communication with the man, who is apparently 25 and lives in Downers Grove.

The woman recalled how “she received a friend request via Facebook from” the man but “did not know this person so she ignored the request,” police said.

The man “sent her several more messages and a picture of his genitals,” police said, and that was when “she responded back and asked why he had done that.”

The man explained “that he had placed an ad on Craigslist and he believed that the victim had responded to the ad,” police said. “When (the woman) stated that she had not responded to any ads on Craigslist, (he) then sent her the responses from Craigslist that he thought (she) had sent.”

The person identifying herself as the Tinley Park woman on Craigslist stopped responding to the man’s advances, he said, so he sought her out on Facebook.

The woman reportedly showed police a copy of the response to the man’s ad which read, “i’m willing to give up my virginity to you today,” “we can take pictures and even film it for memories,” and “here are some pics.”

The “pics” were taken from the Tinley Park woman’s Facebook page, police said, and included “two pictures that were sent were from her private pages.”
