Watch Time Lapse Video Of North Street Development

TINLEY PARK, IL — With North Street in downtown Tinley Park now fully completed, there's a time lapse video showing the work that was done on modernizing the street step by step. The village of Tinley Park shared this on its YouTube channel back in September before the new look of the street was unveiled to the community.

The village recently accepted a technical innovation award for the project by the Southwest branch of the American Public Works Association.

The completed renovation of North Street was the first step in the Harmony Square project, which is taking place in the grassy lot just north of the street. This month, the pavers have been replaced as part of the Harmony Square project according to the village.
