Mother-Daughter Duo Brings New Color Me Mine Location to Vernon Hills

VERNON HILLS, Ill. (April 16, 2026) – Color Me Mine, the leading paint-your-own-pottery franchise, is opening a new Vernon Hills location, continuing to enchant the greater Chicagoland area with a world of artistic possibilities. Located at 701 N. Milwaukee Ave, Suite 184, Color Me Mine Vernon will officially celebrate its debut April 24 with a full day of family-friendly festivities.

The new studio is owned and operated by local mother-daughter duo Skylar and Stacy Sinram, both native Chicagoans. Stacy, a retired elementary school teacher, brings a lifelong passion for fostering creativity and working with children. Skylar has always had a passion for art and discovered her love for the brand while working at another Color Me Mine studio, where she started in a part-time role and grew into a leadership position after a few years with that studio. Inspired to take the next step, the pair decided to open their own studio together, creating a welcoming space where families can connect, celebrate, and explore their artistic side.
