Trampoline Aerobics is a fat burning exercise that improves balance and coordination. It’s also fun and energizing! It’s an aerobics workout based on a trampoline. Along with the use of resistance bands, our program is designed to target the entire body. Whether you are a beginner or an expert to exercising, our program can be modified to fit your needs.

The first child from the age of 3-16 can jump for free while you are in class.

We also offer an aerobics punch card. The card is good for 10 classes and is $75, the card may be shared.

PLEASE NOTE: The class is limited to only 36 participants. We suggest you RSVP as soon as possible
