These Western Springs Streets Likely To Be Resurfaced
The projects are to be paid for with state gas tax and tollway money.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs has released a preliminary plan for which streets will be resurfaced next year using state money.
With gas tax money, the village aims to resurface Lawn and Grand avenues, both from 47th to 49th streets.
Western Springs plans to use Illinois Tollway money to pave Hillgrove Avenue from Prospect Avenue to the public works yard entrance. That same source of money would also pay for public works yard pavement rehabilitation.

Additionally, the village is set to do asphalt patching in multiple places.
The estimated cost is $850,000.
