Chicago Motor Cars and Parin Shah get sued once again for fraud! As usual, they advertised the vehicle to be in "excellent condition" to an out of state buyer. The customer asked all the right questions and relied on Parin Shah giving accurate and truthfull information. Upon delivery, the customer took the H2 to a shop where over $5000.00 in damages were found! Can you imagine how this guy felt. He just bought his dream vehicle that was advertised as being close to perfect and now finds out that it's a piece of junk that's been in a rollover and has a ton of body damage!
Once again, Chicago Motor Cars lies and covers
up pertinent information in hopes that the buyer will not find out and Chicago Motor Cars makes a huge profit on a less than desirable vehicle.
