Annual Garden Stroll

at Windsor Park Retirement Community

Nature lovers are invited to a garden stroll at Windsor Park retirement community on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Windsor Park is located on 60-acres at 124 Windsor Park Drive in Carol Stream.

The annual event features colorful and unique gardens and balconies maintained by residents. “Come spring, residents tend their gardens and create a natural wonderland that we’re proud to share with the community,” said Janet Cannon, Windsor Park’s sales director.

There are five, fish-filled lakes, a variety of trees, bushes and other foliage, and stone and grassy paths that wind throughout the community. Painted pots filled with colorful blooms are situated on residents’ balconies and garden patios, and unique birdbaths add an artistic touch to the fragrant butterfly gardens.
