Featured Adoptable A.R.F Pet of the Week – Tobias

Are you looking for a new four-legged best friend? A.R.F.-Animal Rescue foundation has many cats and dogs available for adoption. We're based in Wheaton, IL and perform pet adoptions in DuPage County.

Tobias is a special boy who’s still a little stressed from being abandoned by his former owner. At 6-years old, this can be a difficult change. He took a little time to relax into his foster home, but once he realized everything was OK, he opened right up. Tobias is a talkative cat, so you won’t have to wonder what he likes or doesn’t like because he’ll let you know. He even likes rolling over for belly rubs when he’s especially happy.

Tobias prefers women and takes a little longer to warm up to men. He’d do best in a house without children, or with older children who know when to give a cat space. At 19 pounds, Tobias is a little on the heavy side and would benefit from a diet and extra play time to help keep him healthy and happy.
