How To Celebrate Halloween In Wheaton
These activities will help kids get into the spirit of the Halloween season.

WHEATON, IL — With Halloween right around the corner, you're likely to have a couple of ghouls and goblins you know who are ready to get a headstart on the fall festivities. Luckily, Wheaton residents can choose from several different Halloween-inspired activities in the coming days leading up to trick-or-treating on Oct. 31.
The fun begins on Oct. 19 with the Halloween Happening at Wheaton Park District Community Center. From 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., kids can marvel at strolling magicians, try their hands at carnival games, and burn off energy in a bounce house.
On Oct. 27, the city's Boo-Palooza festival will take over downtown Wheaton. Stores will pass out candy to eager trick-or-treaters, who can take part in other fun Halloween-themed activities throughout the day.

Wheaton's official trick-or-treating will take place on Oct. 31 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
