Mata Ne New Asian Supports Those Experiencing Homelessness

Elhurst, IL – Mata Ne New Asian restaurant in Elmhurst recently donated 70 meals to those experiencing homelessness in DuPage County. Through their generous donation, families, individuals, and children were able to have a gourmet meal on Christmas Eve.

Founded in 2021, by restauranteurs Aeron Lancero and Andrew Spence with highly acclaimed Chef Jess De Guzman, Mata Ne is an oasis for people looking to try something refreshing yet familiar.

The goal of the restaurant is to share their passion and love of Asian cuisine with those in DuPage County and to have an environment that feels like home. Knowing that not everyone in DuPage County has that home to go to is what led Mata Ne to want to help feed those who may go without.
