• Charges filed against woman linked to deadly shooting at Oakbrook Center (newsbreak.com) — Authorities in Wheaton have charged a 29-year-old Chicago woman with three counts of attempted armed robbery after a deadly shooting last week in the Oakbrook Center Mall parking lot. DuPage County prosecutors say one man from Dolton was killed and a woman injured after an argument between people in two vehicles escalated into gunfire.
