Plainfield Man Accused Of Burglarizing Islamic School In Wheaton

WHEATON, IL — A Plainfield man has been accused of burglarizing an Islamic school in Wheaton.

Dylan Sparks, 30, was charged with felony burglary to a school in connection with the Nov. 11 incident, which took place at Carrier of Light Islamic School at 1607 Taft Ave. Police say an investigation led them to recover proceeds from the burglary

"The alleged actions of Mr. Sparks are certainly not acceptable, and he will be held accountable," Wheaton Police Department Deputy Police Chief Robert Miller said in a news release.
