Serve City offering wide range of Wheaton summer volleyball camps

Families searching for summer volleyball camps that combine excellent coaching with an affordable price should look no further than Serve City Volleyball. Serve City is offering a wide variety of summer skills camps for young athletes ranging from fifth to 12th grade out of its Wheaton practice location at 1900 Manchester Road. A total of 97 registrants have already signed up for the 11 summer camps, with three of the camps already sold out.

Serve City's first week of summer camps begins June 19 to 21 in Wheaton. A middle school growth mindset camp runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and later a grades 9-10 all-skills camp from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The cost of each camp is $40 for the early bird rate and $50 after June 1. Serve City's middle school all-skills camp from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. is sold out.

The second week of Serve City camps takes place from June 24-27. It starts with a middle school offensive skills camp from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by a middle school defensive skills camp from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. An advanced skills camp for grades 9-10 runs from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. and then an advanced skills camp for grades 10-12 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The cost of the second-week camps is just $50 for the early bird rate and $60 after June 1.
The week of July 8-11 features a one-of-a-kind camp for middle-school students. Serve City's sand cross training camp will run from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. July 8 to 11 at Oakwood Park's sand court in Winfield. This unique camp is also sold out.

Serve City's last week of Wheaton summer camps, July 29 to August 1, will be geared to preparing athletes for their school volleyball tryouts in August. The week begins with a grades 5-6 advanced skills camp from 9:30 to 11 a.m., followed by a middle school tryout prep camp from 11:30 to 1:30 (also sold out) and a grades 9-10 tryout prep camp from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The cost for each Wheaton camp is an early bird rate of $50 and a regular rate of $60 after July 1.
