Police say Frank E. Williams, Jr., 44, broke into his neighbor's house in Wheaton before breaking into his old apartment in Lisle.

WHEATON, IL — A Wheaton man has been accused of breaking into his neighbor's home before breaking into his own old home in Lisle, attacking the residents of each home and trying to kiss them, the Daily Herald reports.
Frank E. Williams, Jr. 44, has been charged with two counts of home invasion causing injury. On Jan. 6, Circuit Judge Ann Celine O'Hallaren Walsh ordered Williams to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, according to DuPage County court records.
Prosecutors say Williams broke into his neighbor's Dover Court apartment early Thursday, pushed the woman, 64, onto a bed and tried to kiss her before she was able to escape to a neighbor's apartment. According to police, he said he was trying to save the woman from a demon, the Daily Herald reported.
