Wheaton Public Library Hosts Upcoming Local Author Fest

*UPDATE: Elizabeth Berg's keynote speech for Saturday’s Author Fest has been cancelled due to health reasons. We hope to reschedule this presentation for a later date. We thank you for your understanding, and hope to see you at our Author Fest from 1-4 pm on Saturday, April 1!

Celebrate your local authors at Wheaton Public Library’s Local Author Fest on Saturday, April 1 from 1 – 4:00 pm! Featuring author tables, open mic readings, and storytimes on the library’s main and lower levels.

Bestselling author Elizabeth Berg will give a keynote presentation to kick-off the event at 1 pm in Meeting Room A. The presentation will be followed by book signing and Berg's newest book, Earth's the Right Place for Love, will be available for purchase by the Bookstore of Glen Ellyn. Registration is required to attend the keynote presentation.

After the keynote presentation, attendees can stop by the café to enjoy open mic readings and visit over 30 local author tables on the library’s main floor. Families will also be able to attend local author storytimes in the Storyhouse Marsh on the library’s lower level beginning at 2 pm.
