July 3 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Graf Park, 1855 Manchester Road, Wheaton

The Wheaton fireworks celebration will include carnival rides, food vendors, a DJ and a huge fireworks display at dusk.

Knoch Park 724 South West Street, Naperville

Naperville’s Independence Day Fireworks wrap up the last day of the village’s epic Ribfest. Earlier in the day, families can ride carnival rides and jam out to music by Better Than Ezra and The Wallflowers. The massive fireworks display is set to last 30 minutes! Admission is free and parking is limited, so get there early to secure a spot or grab a shuttle ride.


Burr Ridge

July 3 at 5:30 p.m.
Walker Park, 7425 South Wolf Road, Burr Ridge
Free Entry, Parking $10

Food and beverage vendors will be on hand for Burr Ridge’s stunning annual fireworks display at Walker ParkIf weather permits, visitors can park on the soccer field for a $10 fee. The show begins at dusk.


Oak Brook

July 3 at Dusk
Oak Brook Polo Field, 700 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook
Free entry, Parking $10

The Oak Brook fireworks display caps off a day of family fun at the Taste of Oak Brook. Visitors can sample eats from local restaurants, get their faces painted and visit a petting zoo before finding a spot to watch the show. Alternate rain date is July 4.

Downers Grove/Woodridge/Darien

July 4 at 9:30 p.m.

Zigfield Troy Golf, 75th Street and Lemont Road

Woodridge, Darien and Downers Grove team up for joint festivities that begin with a parade at 12:45 p.m. and conclude with a dazzling fireworks show at 75th and Lemont at 9:30 p.m.


Oak Park-River Forest
July 4 at Dusk
Oak Park-River Forest High School Football Field

The fun begins with a parade at 10 a.m. at Longfellow Park. that includes residents, groups, animals and more. As night falls, visitors can settle in at the OPRF High School football field to see fireworks explode in the sky.



Glen Ellyn

July 4 at Dusk

Lake Ellyn

Fireworks will burst in the sky over Lake Ellyn for Glen Ellyn’s annual Fourth of July fireworks show. The event is free, but for prime reserved group seating at the Lake Ellyn boathouse, visit the Glen Ellyn village website.

Aurora
July 4 at 9:30 p.m.
RiverEdge Park, 360 North Broadway, Aurora

Music begins at 6:15 p.m. with a performance by the American Legion Band, followed by songs from the Fox Valley Orchestra at 7:45 p.m. The Aurora fireworks display kicks off around 9:35 p.m. Free park and ride shuttle service is available.
