Audi Stolen From Glencoe Flees Police On Expressway: Blotters
Incidents and arrests from the Winnetka, Glencoe and Northfield police blotters from Oct. 18 to Oct. 24.

WINNETKA, IL — The following information comes from the Glencoe, Winnetka and Northfield police departments as a record of police activity and incidents reported to the police. Criminal charges represent merely accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
WINNETKA
INCIDENTS
THEFT
Someone stole a locked bicycle worth $500 from the fence on the east side of the train station between 6:45 a.m. and noon on Oct. 14.

STOLEN CAR
Someone stole an unlocked car from the 600 block of Sheridan Road between 11 p.m. on Oct. 19 and 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 20. The keys had been left inside. The car was later found in Naperville with a set of golf clubs worth $1,000 missing.
CAR BURGLARY
Someone got into an unlocked car in the 500 block of Willow Road between 7 p.m. on Oct. 19 and 9 a.m. on Oct. 20 and rummaged through its contents. Nothing was reported stolen.

ARRESTS
A 34-year-old Zion man was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. on Oct. 17 in the 900 block of Green Bay Road and charged with driving with a revoked license. He was also issued a citation for speeding.
Marva Smith, 37, of the 5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard in Chicago, Marke D. Golliday, 20, and Jovaugn M. Lee, 19, both of the 1500 block of West Juneway Terrace in Chicago, were charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a physical altercation that occured around 4:15 p.m. on Oct. 1 at New Trier High School. No further information was immediately available.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
An unidentified woman was caught on camera stealing a pair of jeans from a store in the 300 block of Park Avenue around 7 p.m. on Oct. 20.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING
Someone got into a locked power supply room of a building in the 600 block of Vernon Avenue on two occassions on Oct. 18 and shut off the main breaker supplying electriciy to the entire building.
BURGLARY
A resident in the 700 block of Oak Drive reported around 9:15 a.m. on Oct. 22 that someone had stolen license plates from their home in an earlier burglary. Th eplates were later found on a stolen vehicle.
THEFT
A Mayfair Lane resident reported on the afternoon of Oct. 22 that someone had deceived them into investing an unspecified amount larger than $500 with a broker in a different state.
STOLEN CAR FLEES
Around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 23, two stolen cars fled after they noticed a Glencoe public safety officer around Dundee Road and the Edens Expressway. Police learned one of the vehicles, a 2017 Audi, had just been stolen from the 100 block of Oak Ridge Drive after it was left parked unlocekd with a key inside.
CAR BURGLARY
Sometime before 5 a.m. on Oct. 23, someone got into a Mercedes and a Hyundai and stole a backpack, a garage door opener and an undetermined amount of cash.
ARRESTS
Dalton A. Eggerson, 29, of the 600 block of North Central Park Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on an arrest warrant for theft in the first block of Green Bay Road. He was turned over to Northbrook police
Anais I. Serrano, 24, of the 2200 block of Grove Avenue in Berwyn, was arrested around 3 a.m. on Oct. 20 and charged with driving under the influence in the area of Lincoln and Vernon avenues. She was also issued a citation for driving with an expired registration.
Elvis A. Campos, 25, of the 300 block of Cherry Valley Road in Vernon Hills, was arrested around 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 and charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentraion of 0.08 or above following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Dundee Road. He was also issued a citation for improper lane usage.
NORTHFIELD
INCIDENTS
ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT
Police were called to a Happ Road synagogue around 4 p.m. on Oct. 17 for a report that someone had been sending anti-Semitic faxes.
FRAUD
On the afternoon of Oct. 19, police were called to the offices of a logistics company in the 500 block of West Frontage Road for a report that someone had sent an unauthorized check sent from the company's bank account.
ARRESTS
A 37-year-old Elmwood Park man was arrested around 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 16 and charged with driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Willow Road. He was also ticketed for speeding.
A 30-year-old Chicago man was arrested aroun 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 20 and charged with driving without a valid license and cited for no valid safety test on a commercial vehicle following a traffic stop.
