WINNETKA, IL – Nancy Nagy, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, announced that the firm will be taking residence in their beautifully remodeled 538 Chestnut Street office in Winnetka at the end of September. An extensive renovation was done in order to create a classic space that will support a much larger and busier office.

The company doubled in size with the merger of Koenig & Strey and Prudential Rubloff under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand earlier this year. Their 56 real estate agents are thrilled to be in this vibrant location.
