Friday's snowfall ushered in a rowdy Winter Carnival on Saturday, Jan. 21 for North Shore families. Patch was on-hand to provide hot chocolate and free water bottles.
Children played outdoor snow games with their parents at Hubbard Woods before escaping the cold temperatures inside Hubbard Woods' building.
With a fire, hot chocolate and Oreos, it was an ideal welcome to the change in seasons, thanks to the Winnetka Park District.
