Join us at The Book Stall for a Saturday Storytime featuring award-winning author Miranda Paul and her new book, Kaleidoscope of Hope: How Butterfly Life Cycles Reflect Our World. In a richly layered text, acclaimed author Miranda Paul explores each stage of a butterfly’s life cycle, while providing lessons in care and responsibility and encouraging hope for the future of our planet. Ms. Paul will lead an interactive event for children to examine butterfly wings up-close and provide materials from the “puddling activity” found in the backmatter of the book so kids can help butterflies in their own backyard. This nonfiction picture book is perfect for kids ages 4 to 8.
