Cooking Class with Chef Diane Kochilas - How to Use Greek Yogurt When Cooking

On Wednesday, May 2^nd, Winnetka dining destination, Avli Estiatorio, will host a unique cooking event with Avli Consulting Chef, the famed Diane Kochilas. Chef Diane has written 18 books on Greek Cuisine, including the IACP-awarded Glorious Foods of Greece, and splits her time between New York, Ikaria, and Athens.
