Join Us For Spiritual Support: June 21st, 7-8:30 pm

Faith, Hope & Recovery (FHR) provides spiritual support to all people affected by mental health conditions. This includes family and friends, colleagues and caregivers. FHR is for everyone those with faith and those with no faith.

People affected by mental health conditions often feel exhausted and defeated. FHR groups engage people by practicing skills that reresh the spirit and restore the soul.

FHR groups create a safe space for sharing deep concerns. Those who come find their strength returns as they receive support and compassion from others. Over time, hope builds which reinforces faith that life can be good again.

In being together, we find companions for the journey.

Meeting are monthly, on the third Tuesday of each month. The next meeting is on June 21st, 7-8:30 pm, at Winnetka Presbyterian Church, 1255 Willow Road, Winnetka, IL 60093
