PEER Services is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. PEER Services provides community-based substance use prevention and treatment services to teens, adults and families in Northern Cook County, including Evanston, Maine, New Trier, Niles and Northfield Townships, and the north side of Chicago. PEER Services reduces the harms of substance use, addiction and stigma by engaging youth and adults with innovative prevention programming and by supporting people on their path to recovery through holistic, evidence-based treatment. We provide affirming services to all in need, regardless of their ability to pay. <a href="https://winnetka.patch.com/topics/kraft" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Kraft Foods</a> said Thursday that <a href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/breaking/chi-kraft-foods-sells-northfield-campus-for-leaseback-20130118,0,3318614.story" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">it has sold its Northfield headquarters to real estate investment trust W.P. Carey</a>, but will lease the space back for at least 10 years, according to an article in TribLocal. A spokesman for the company told TribLocal that the sale allows it to invest money in the company while staying in Northfield.  In early 2012, and closed its Glenview Corporate Office as part of its restructuring. There were even discussions with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel about moving some of its business headquarters' to the city, but the company ultimately decided to stay in Northfield. It's campus is at the corner of Willow and Waukegan roads.
