The hearing will focus on obtaining input on the plan of Governance and Operation from residents and small business owners.
A copy of the proposed plan is available for review at Village Hall from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or online.
Both meetings will be held in the Werch Meeting Room at Village Hall. The April 26 will take place at 7:30 p.m.
