FRIDAY, DEC. 28

DUI Charge

Alfredo Ruiz, 29, of the 2500 block of Spring in Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license and violating the median following a traffic stop at 11:12 p.m. in the 2400 block of 83rd Street.

SATURDAY, DEC. 29

Juveniles Fight at Rehab

Darion Hood, 18, of the 700 block of W. 61st Place in Chicago, was charged with disorderly conduct and mob action following a disturbance at Interventions, 2221 64th St. Six juveniles, ages 14-17, were also charged with disorderly conduct and mob action. Police said Hood and the six juveniles got in a fight. No injuries were reported. 

SUNDAY, DEC. 30

Fire Extinguisher Stolen

Someone stole a fire extinguisher from a hallway in a building in the 7300 block of Woodward Avenue. Police said the theft occurred between 6 p.m. Dec. 29 and 6 a.m. Dec. 30.
