Police Blotter: Men Charged With DUI, Weed Possession

DUI, Weed Possession

Mark Lyon, 35, of the 100 block of Thackeray in Bolingbrook was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failure to signal following a traffic stop at 8:24 p.m. in the 7800 block of Route 53.

A passenger in the car, Roger Ierardi, 45, of the 300 block of Hanover Drive in Bolingbrook, was charged with possession of cannabis. 

SATURDAY, JAN. 19

Purse Stolen

A purse was stolen from a car in the 1000 block of 75th Street after someone smashed the rear window. Police said the burlgary occurred sometime between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
