The Woodridge Police Department successfully auctioned away three cars on eBay, two that were used by the department and one seized during an arrest.
A 2006 Chevrolet Impala went for the highest bid, at $6,276. It was previously used by the department. But the most police-looking car was the 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, which went for $6,259.
Well behind those, to no surprise, was a car seized after an arrest. The 2001 Nissan Maxima—described as such: "The interior is dirty and shows ware. The leather seats have rips—went for $1,475.
