Woodridge CRC Preps for Wednesday Show

The show will start at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Scholastica.

The will put on its third dance production, "CRC Goes to Hollywood," Wednesday night. 

The show begins at 7 p.m. in the Activity Center, 800 Janes Ave. 

The CRC puts on a dance production bi-annually. Costumes, props and dance lessons are donated to the center, which provides after-school programming for Woodridge elementary school students.

Wednesday's show will feature numbers to music from "Saturday Night Fever," "Mamma Mia," "Star Wars," "Dirty Dancing" and "Grease." The production also features guest performances by Woodridge Police Chief Steve Herron and Village Administrator Kathleen Rush.

There will also be a special performance by the Caribbean Soul Dance Group at Downers Grove South. 

Tickets are $10, and proceeds will go to the Woodridge Community Resource Center.
