Woodridge Leaf Pickup Ending Soon
Deadline is Nov. 28 for leaf collection in the village.

If you live in a single-family home within the corporate limits of the Village of Woodridge, you may rake and bag the fallen leaves in your yard and set them at the curb for pickup through Wednesday, Nov. 28.
Leaves should be placed into Kraft or biodegradable paper bags with a maximum capacity of 33 gallons and weighing up to 60 pounds each. Bags must be filled with leaves only - no sod, brush, grass clippings or other landscape waste – and placed curbside on regular trash collection days.
Village officials caution residents not to rake leaves into the street, where they can prevent proper drainage. Leaves that have been raked into the street will not be collected and the homeowner will be subject to a fine.
