• Rotary Clubs support mural project (wzbd.com) — Decatur residents are being invited to help expand calming murals inside the Adams County Detention Center, a project already funded in part by the Decatur and Berne Rotary Clubs. The sheriff's office reports the artwork is improving inmate behavior and staff morale, and is seeking additional tax-deductible donations to extend murals into more living pods at the Decatur facility.
