• Goshen Council approves downtown DORA (wvpe.org) — Downtown Goshen is a step closer to allowing people to carry alcoholic drinks outside within a new designated outdoor refreshment area, or DORA, on select days and times. The council narrowly approved the plan, which covers Main Street and nearby spots like Goshen Brewing Company and Powerhouse Park, while officials pledged to monitor impacts before state regulators give final approval.
