Purdue University Northwest and Society of Innovators announce plans to end collaboration agreement (wimsradio.com) — Purdue University Northwest's Hammond and Westville campuses will see the Society of Innovators spin off as an independent nonprofit at the end of 2026, ending an eight-year hosting agreement. Leaders say the change should broaden funding and keep innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth mentoring programs focused on Northwest Indiana, while PNW continues collaborating with the group from Hammond.
